MLG scoops the Goldfields Business Awards
MLG is delighted to announce it has won three of the 2019 Goldfields Business Awards, including Best Business with more than 21 employees, 2019 Business of the Year and Business Person of the Year, recognising the contribution of Managing Director, Murray Leahy.
The Goldfields Business Awards are held annually by the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KBCCI), recognising excellence in business in the region. In particular, they acknowledge organisations and employees who have played a significant role in keeping the Goldfields sustainable.
“This is a great win for MLG and recognition of the great team we have built over the years,” Mr Leahy said. “While I’m the figurehead of the company, we have a great group of people, they all work very hard and I’m fortunate to be managing them on a day-to-day basis.” At MLG we pride ourselves on the quality of our staff. We believe our best results for our clients come when our staff are supported and encouraged.”
Mr Leahy went on to thank the KBCCI for the Goldfields Business Awards and for recognising the efforts and hard work that MLG dedicates to its customers and stakeholders. “I would also like to thank and acknowledge the other Awards finalists. It is a wonderful reflection of the quality of business in the Goldfields,” Mr Leahy concluded.
