Parental Leave and Family Support

We are committed to supporting employees as they grow their families.

Our Parental Leave Policy includes:

  • 18 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers, including top‑up pay
  • Superannuation contributions for up to 12 months while on parental leave
  • Where eligibility requirements are not met, MLG covers the full 18 weeks of paid leave, ensuring equitable support for our people
