Our connection to local communities is central to who we are. In FY25, we contributed over $80,000 to local initiatives and raised more than $200,000 for cancer research through the Cancer 200 Ride. We also supported regional events, schools, and programs that promote inclusion and well-being.
Looking ahead, we will report emissions data, integrate climate risk into business planning, expand ESG and climate training for leaders, broaden community engagement and volunteering, and pursue opportunities in renewable energy and operational efficiency.

We’re preparing for mandatory climate disclosures under ASRS 2 and strengthening our capability to meet them. This includes commissioning our first greenhouse gas emissions inventory for Scope 1 and 2 in FY26, with Scope 3 to follow in FY27. We’re also undertaking climate risk assessments and exploring renewable energy and low‑emission technologies to build resilience and reduce our environmental impact.
Safety is non‑negotiable. In FY25, we recorded zero Lost Time Injuries and achieved a 19% improvement in our Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR), reducing it to 6.0. These results reflect our ongoing investment in technology, real‑time data, and leadership engagement to maintain a strong, proactive safety culture.
MLG’s approach to wellbeing goes beyond workplace safety—it’s about helping our people thrive in every part of life.
