The Golden Grove project is an advanced mining and infrastructure development under 29Metals, with MLG playing a critical role in its progression.

Golden Grove is known for its rich deposits of base and precious metals, including copper, zinc, and lead. MLG oversees critical construction and infrastructure enhancements at the site to support sustainable mining and environmental management.

Our primary responsibilities involve the construction of the new tailings storage facility (TSF), a vital element for responsible waste management and long-term site viability. This TSF will facilitate the safe containment of processed material while minimising environmental impact. Complementing the TSF, we are managing piping and liner work installation, which are essential components that ensure efficient containment and prevent seepage, safeguarding nearby ecosystems.

Additionally, MLG is undertaking decant construction to facilitate water management on-site, improve water recovery, and support broader environmental goals. The project also involves constructing two settling ponds and pad work, which enhances sediment control, prevents erosion, and enables effective water retention.

Our comprehensive involvement in the Golden Grove project underscores MLG’s commitment to delivering high-quality mining infrastructure. With our integrated approach and technical expertise, we are dedicated to supporting Golden Grove’s operations and environmental stewardship goals, contributing to the longevity and sustainability of this significant mining venture.
