When Western Australia’s transport and mining industries come together to celebrate the trucks that keep this state moving, you’ll find MLG right in the middle of it.

On Sunday, 22 March 2026, MLG was proud to attend the WA Mack Muster & Truck Show at Quarry Farm in Byford, Perth’s premier truck show and one of the most anticipated events on the WA transport calendar.

About the WA Mack Muster & Truck Show

Now firmly established as Western Australia’s biggest trucking showcase, the 2026 Mack Muster brought together over 400 trucks from across the state, from lovingly restored vintage classics to the modern prime movers that MLG crews work alongside every day. Set across 200 acres of farmland just 40 minutes south-east of Perth, the event is as much a celebration of community as it is of chrome and horsepower.

For a company with MLG’s roots, founded in Kalgoorlie in 2002 and built on the backbone of bulk haulage across Western Australia, an event like this is more than just a day out. It’s a chance to stand shoulder to shoulder with the operators, drivers, and industry professionals who keep WA’s resource sector running.

Why MLG Attends

At MLG, trucks aren’t just equipment. They’re the lifeblood of everything we do. With a fleet of over 1,470 vehicles and equipment operating across more than 34 mine sites in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, we understand what it takes to keep heavy haulage running reliably, safely, and efficiently in some of Australia’s most demanding environments.

The WA Mack Muster is a reminder of the craftsmanship, dedication, and passion that drives this industry, values that sit at the heart of how MLG operates every day.

Supporting Cancer Research Through the Mack Muster

What makes the WA Mack Muster & Truck Show particularly meaningful is the cause behind it. Every dollar raised goes directly to cutting-edge cancer research at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. Since its debut in 2020, the event has donated an incredible $850,000 to the Perkins, with the 2026 show aiming to push that total past the $1 million mark.

Supporting events that give back to the WA community is something MLG is committed to. We’re proud to be part of an industry that shows up, not just on site, but when it counts off it too.

A Proud Part of the WA Transport Community

Whether it was the thunderous Big Rig Roars, the truck presentations, or catching up with familiar faces from across the Western Australian transport sector, the 2026 WA Mack Muster delivered in every way.

MLG is proud to be part of the WA transport and mining community, on the road every day and at the events that bring our industry together.

We’ll see you at the next one.
