Climate & Environment
We are readying for mandatory climate disclosures under AASB S2 and have taken decisive steps to build capability. This includes commissioning our first greenhouse gas emissions inventory for Scope 1 and 2 reporting in FY26, with Scope 3 to follow in FY27. We’ve begun climate risk assessments and scenario analysis to inform strategy and are exploring renewable energy and low-emission technologies to improve efficiency and resilience.
Social Responsibility
We uphold the highest standards of ethical and social responsibility. In FY25, we strengthened our Modern Slavery Policy and supplier due diligence processes, partnered with Traditional Owner–owned businesses, supported Indigenous employment pathways, and advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives across our workforce and community programs.
Health & Safety
Safety is non-negotiable. In FY25, we recorded zero Lost Time Injuries and achieved a 19% improvement in our Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR), reducing it to 6.0. These results reflect our commitment to investing in technology, real-time data, and leadership engagement to maintain a strong safety culture.
